Following are three
significant local scholarships available to Fort Plain High
School seniors. Applications are available in the guidance
office. The deadline for these scholarships is June 1. If June 1
falls on a weekend, the applications must be submitted to the
guidance office prior to the end of the day on the preceding
Friday.
FORT PLAIN
SCHOLARSHIP ASSOCIATION AWARDS (presented at graduation): All
college bound seniors are encouraged to apply. Some awards are based
on scholarship alone; some on scholarship and financial need.
DUFFY FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP: Awarded to a
college bound senior entering a medical or health related field.
Applicants should have at least an 85 average.
REINHART MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP: All college bound
seniors are encouraged to apply. Scholarships are awarded based upon
scholastic ranking, involvement in school/community activities,
financial need, and recommendation.
NUMEROUS OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS, including local,
regional, state, national, and corporate are available to Fort Plain
